Refer a Friend

You may refer a friend for any position within Advocate. Please provide as much information as possible. You must complete all fields with an asterisk *. You must also provide an email address. If you friend does not have an email address, enter an alternative address using this formula: your friend's firstname.lastname@streetname.com (e.g. john.smith@mainstreet.com).

You may refer your friend for specific positions or just submit a general referral. You may review all your referrals at any time by choosing My Referrals.

Successful referrals are paid out in points that are redeemable for merchandise or gift cards. All referred candidates that are hired at a status of 0.6 or greater will earn 300 points. Candidates hired with a status of .0.5 will earn 150 points.  Points can be redeemed at www.Awardhq.com.

All your referrals will receive an email message that they were referred by you. You will also receive an email message if and when the person is scheduled for an interview and if your friend accepts a position.
